Each module combines clear instruction, realistic decisions, knowledge checks, and reflection. Online completion does not independently authorize crisis coverage.
Know when to seek supervisory support, communicate the essential information efficiently, protect caller rapport, and balance autonomy with safety.
Future modules can cover crisis communication, risk assessment, collaborative intervention, special populations, documentation, and applied simulations.
